FALL SPORTS – 2010/ PHYSICALS AT OAKTON on May 25

Go to http://www.fcps.edu/supt/activities/atp/ppeoverview.htm for information about physicals being held at Oakton on Monday, August 9.  If you have questions, call the Athletic Trainers at 703-319-2833.  They will begin at 5:30 and will cost $50 if you preregister and $60 walk-in.  The physical form that must be used is available under Files and Links on this website.

Tryouts for Fall Sports are Tuesday, Aug. 3 for golf and Tuesday, August 10 for football, field hockey,  volleyball, cross country and cheerleading.  Dance Team were in May.  All athletes must be there for the tryouts. Please plan your family vacations accordingly.  Physicals must be on the official VHSL form (available in the Activities Office or at oaktonathletics.org) and must be dated after May 1^st, 2010.  Physicals should be mailed to the Activities Office by July 28.  MAKE A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS BEFORE MAILING IT IN.
